About Us

Hi, we’re Aspen and John, your new points best friends! We have been utilizing points and miles to pay for flights and hotels since 2016 to help minimize out of pocket costs. Whether it was spending 29k points instead of $1000 on a hotel or 70K points on a $7000 international first class ticket, we have found ways to travel in style without breaking the bank. One specific redemption proved to us that we needed to provide services to others to help them do the same: Etihad made business class tickets available to partner airlines, but customers could not buy tickets online. After calling reservation desks in 3 different countries, we were able to book the flight through a representative in New Zealand so we could have our parents join us on a trip to the Middle East.

We are both travel enthusiasts with John being more of an Aviation Geek and Aspen setting the vision. We travel frequently, taking multiple international trips per year. In 2023 alone, we collectively visited 18 countries and always have a trip planned. Aspen also completed her 30 by 30 (30 countries before turning 30) in March, 2024, and is currently at 32 countries visited.

John is an engineer and educator through both degree and practice while Aspen is an engineer and strategy consultant. Over the years, John and Aspen have leveraged their everyday spending to maximize points and miles to help friends and family fly everything from domestic economy to international business and first class. Examples of flights booked with points include:

  • International Business class (Royal Air Maroc, British Airways, Austrian Airlines, Air France, TAP Portugal, Etihad, Brussels Airlines, etc.)

  • Etihad First Class Apartments

  • Domestic economy for family to attend graduations

Now we would like to help YOU make some of your travel goals come true, whether that is utilizing points to travel more domestically or catch aspirational international business and first class flights and enjoying all the perks along the way!
